What's GOOD in NEWHAM

With a brief walk down memory lane, lets take a look at what is so good about Newham right now, in this day and age, and what it offers to its residents. Newham is made up of many towns, East Ham, Beckton, Plaistow, Canning Town, Custom House, Upton Park, Forest Gate, Stratford, West Ham and Manor Park. Newham was estimated to have over 244,300 residents, a census found in 2001, and the popluation continues to thrive.

Now I'll be taking a quick glimpse at most towns that makes up Newham and together we'll see the benefits, the cons and discover what Newham is really about.

I am a resident of East Ham and so lets begin the journey there....EAST HAM, MY HOME MY LIFE!!!

EAST HAM...

East Ham is home to the well known Newham Town Hall, in which the Mayor of Newham and the Newham Council meet.

It is also home to Newham College, formerly known as East Ham College, where various courses are available for not only locals but people travelling from other boroughs.
Last but not least, the wonderous High Street, right at the heart of East Ham, where you can find the best bargains, I should know! Find it with the map enclosed.
